Biblical Greek Class

The Biblical Greek course offers a focused study of the Greek used in the New Testament and early Christian texts—Koine Greek (pronounced koy-nay). Koine was the common dialect of Greek spoken and written from around 300 BCE to 300 CE. It is the specific form of Greek found in the New Testament and other foundational Christian writings. Students learn classical grammar and vocabulary while exploring scriptural passages in their original language. This class is ideal for theology students, clergy, or anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the Bible through the lens of its original Greek context.
